I have a line on a KEP 1 pressure plate and Cup disk for around $600 total, brand new. Paired with this flywheel, seems like a great proven setup.

NCLA, i didn't see your comment there yet, you can also try the "Texas 944 Enthusiasts" group. I'm an admin and can approve your request, we cross posted the group buy.

Its not going to be!

3.125L, 9.5:1 compression, race ported head and intake, bigger valves and lighter valvetrain components, voodoo turbo. I think conservatively it would be above that.

OT - I'm in line waiting to get my race tub into a place between Shreveport and Alexandria to be oven baked and dipped.
Owner said he has two P cars ahead of me from east Texas.
I don't think he knows a 911 from a 944, especially since he only sees them in stripped chassis form.
You have an idea of who these car owners are...?
Ever any mention on the enthusiast site..?

No clue. The group is just a Facebook page where Texas owners BS about car stuff and sometimes sell/trade parts. I'll keep my eye out though.
