Default Balance belt markings line up?

Doing a HG, I’ve opened up the belt covers and I’m reminded that last time I did belts, I just couldn’t get the upper marking right on. Is this normal?

Looks pretty darn close! Google "arnworks" or "arnworx" and their site contains the best article I have seen on the subject.

half a tooth or less is good enough.
remember the B-shafts move 4x as fast as the camshaft gear so having the cam gear lined up on its TDC mark, or a little hair off, is sort of magnified on the B-shafts.
