Default [video] 951 Cup with free exhaust...

Hi guys,

Here is a small video of my 951 Cup during a caritative manifestation where we were authorized to use track exhaust in the city (to get money for young ill childrens)...

Just 1 minute, no quick action but a good impression of the noise generated by the exhaust and brakes

Video 951 Cup in the city - 5.7 Mb

PS: DivX 5.03 or superior needed

I have always wondered what it would sound like without a muffler. Now that I know I will never be running that setup myself, unless my car is for track use only.

I ran my car w/out any silencing for a few weeks. Hearing the turbine spool up through the exhaust is nice. Anyway, it was (obviously) on the loud side, and after a warning from a local cop I put in a muffler. It's funny but my car sounded exactly like that one. I did like the sound a lot, especially when backing off.

That car sounds EXACTLY like my car. I have a SFR 3" testpipe and 3" cat-back. At the track I replace the muffler with their 3" straightpipe. It does sound pretty mean when you back off the throttle. Worth every cent

happy customer

shorty boy....i got the one with the wastegate tie in.......It's a full 4 inch exhaust straight back.....It sounds mean....cause there is no cat or anything restricting the airflow......except the muffler. Get the wastegate tie in....you won't re gret it.

im going for the 3" downpipe back with no restrictions,no muffler, cat or resonator.since hawaii dont have any emmisions tests and they dont bother european/american muscle cars here(they do but not as much as japanese imports aka ricers).lindsey got what i want,w/wg tie in and w/o is separated with $100,is it the wg tie in worth that much?if so im sold!peace and thanx

whats that noise you get from letting of the throttle called? reverberation, resonance? Thats the sound I personally dont like when considering aftermarket (better sounding) systems like B&B. I am considering a purchase but dont want to sound ricey...
