In another thread Derrick said something about retooling the website, I want to say it was going to be down for like 15 days. Should be up again either before or after Christmas. I will try to find the thread and let you know.

Strange to shut down the old site before the new one is ready.

Man....santa must have come early for paragon and lindsey racing. 944racing.com is retooling their site and they aren't taking orders....huntley is down. This is the busiest time of the year for parts and two of the top retailers are down. Pretty much handed all the business to paragon and lindsey.

I tell ya, I'm about ready to blow a gasket regarding Huntley. I ordered a custom part from him 10/31. I called a month later, they had no idea what was happening. I faxed him the request again and waited. Just last week, I talked to him on phone, he said the part was not back from fabricator and he would call me back when he could get an answer. As of today, nuttin!

I gotta hand it to the guys that keep their word, and ship parts on time. I've never had a problem with Paragon. Jason has bent over backwards to answer questions on phone, he even answered stuff that the Koni racing rep needed to rebuild my shocks! Lindsey has always been very good about shipping parts quick too.

Attention aftermarket suppliers...

I, and many, many others of my Porsche brethren, have money that we are willing to spend with your company. We are your life blood. We give you our hard earned money in order to purchase stuff you make/sell with your valuable time. This is a cooperative symbiosis. Please, if you expect me to keep doing my part of sending you my money, don't abuse the priviledge by not doing your part in sending me what I pay for.

Judging by the response Derek has given me, I'm thinking of never using his company again for ANY kind of part. It's just not worth it...

Rant closed...

I've sent him many an email with no reply. From thar alone I concluded that he is not reliable. The first thing I look for is a speedy reply that answers all my questions. Huntley has never even done THAT.

I have no interest in Huntley's products, I simply saw an ad that indicated that they were selling their Dyno, and I was interested in buying it, therefore my desire for their phone #...
