The rear hatch goes eventually... usual fix is to dismantle it, straighten the aluminum frame and then glue it to the glass with some silicone.
There are several write-ups on the subject, see for example <a href="http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/944_hatch_glass_repair/944_hatch_glass_repair2.htm" target="_blank">http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/944_hatch_glass_repair/944_hatch_glass_repair2.htm</a>
Hope this helps!! <img border="0" alt="[bigbye]" title="" src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" />

The "rear hatch seal" is the seal that goes on the chassis, below the hatch. No seals are available for the hatch itself.
I'm afraid you must either continue plugging away at the leaks with silicone sealant, or change out the hatch completely with a used unit from a dismantler.
As for the cracked dash, I used a Coverlay "dash cap" on my 83 and am quite pleased with it.

Go to this site and scroll down to rear hatch clinic. They have a kit with what you need to fix the rear hatch.

You need a turbo to get the flames the right way.
