Lart just bought a 968 cab that he may be parting out. Roof is the same so you could ask him.
If you don't know who lart is search for lart on rennlist and you will find him.
Also post on the porsche parts group on Facebook and and 944 s2 group.
Good luck
Mark

I did it just for Porsche parts and regret it ever since. Now every time I pick up my phone I have to see what my cousins wife cooked for dinner last night and what restaurant my brother in law ate at. Like I give a crap

You guys will not believe this but yes, I finally got the AOR trans installed in the car. I did not check the little alignment ring that goes in along with the upper left trans bolt and I actually had two in a spot that only fits one so I had to pull it all back apart when I was 90% finished. That pissed me off. I finished around 4am.

During my trolling of the internet looking for a new power steering rack for Black Bart, I came across a Autopower street rollbar that was on Stable Energies website in their clearance items. The price was $283 a considerable saving on Autopower rollbars. Just thought someone on this site might be interested.

I did nothing with my car today except wish I had it with me.
One thing that should be on every car guys bucket list is to drive a lap of the Nurburgring. That item is now checked off my list(Although I want to do it again(and again and again and again X 944 X 944 X 944).
I didn't get to drive my car but I had a M package BMW 1 series diesel. It was a good solid car with really good brakes that made for a fun lap.

turned 202K miles. but getting fed up with the climate control system. does anybody have one that functions reasonably well anymore or do we just accept them as getting old and working when ever they feel like it? having heat blowing on you on a 90 deg day sucks. at least it eventually cools off.

Packed the CV's with fresh grease so I can install them this week.
Worked on the euro front bumper cover.
Finished the cam hold down braces so I can replace the timing chain and pads.

I saw a nice red S2 cab headed north on the 101 freeway in Scottsdale this evening.
I started buying the rest of the parts for the timing chain replacement and the wiring harness build. I just found out that one of my good friends used to build wiring harnesses for some champ car teams.

I started the cam chain and pad replacement. The pads were a little worn. I only had to drill out two of the cam cap bolts. I was able to unbolt both of them after drilling them most of the way out and then hammering in a normal star bit socket.

CV's with Stage 8 locking bolts are in. Shifter is all hooked up. Almost done with everything in the back of the car. Then to finish the front.
