Fuel Rail leak

Fuel Rail leak
Hello,
I have an issue with fuel rail leaking. It seems to be from microscopic cracks near some joints. I used epoxy to stop the leak, which held for about 1.5 years and its finally given way. I'm afraid to try welding as I have no way to judge the thickness of the material and certainly do not want to cause any warping. Does anyone have experience with welding on the fuel rails or can you recommend any "cold welding" products that would hold up better than epoxy?
Thanks for the help!

Assuming this is for a 1986 944...(since that is referenced in other posts by you)...
Do not take chances with a leaking fuel rail. Replace it with one that doesn't leak or an upgraded one. Don't forget to do the safety upgrade on the short hose (the single crimp ones are bad, replaced with the double crimped ones.)
Fire is not a nice way to end a trip, and epoxy or iffy welding will pretty much guarantee that result.

Reach out to Elliott at 944 Barn as he probably has good used fuel rails available.
