Did you buy any touch up paint? If so..what brand? I'm going to start on restoration of my new 928 soon.

- Of course, wash the car or panel you want to work
- I clay bar'd only the panels I was working on prior to paint correction vs doing the whole car at once. That is only because my daughter uses it as a daily driver. This step is important because the paint will have a lot of dirt and you don't want to swirl dirt when cutting as it only introduces more scratches.
- I applied the meguire's 7 using the DA and a white or orange pad. Us the DA to work in the M7 and keep it very wet. Let sit for 12-24hrs and then hand wipe with fresh microfiber towel
- 4 0/90 passes with DA (orange pad plastic bumpers / yellow pad body) with meguiars 105 and wipe clean. May need to use a spray bottle with 10% alchohol and water to clean off the compound.
- Again applied the meguire's 7 using the DA and a white or orange pad. Us the DA to work in the M7 and keep it very wet. Let sit for 12-24hrs and then hand wipe with fresh microfiber towel
- Another 4 0/90 passes with DA (orange pad plastic bumpers / yellow pad body) with meguiars 105. May need to use a spray bottle with 10% alchohol and water to clean off the compound.
- 4 0/90 passes with DA (white pad) with meguiars 205 and wipe clean. (wipe with virgin microfiber towel)
- I then applied Jet Seal from Chemical Guys. Wipe off after recommended interval...although I usually waited 12hrs
- Wax with your favorite wax
