Woodypeck.com no delivery?
Just curious if there are 928 owners who ordered from Woodypeck and did not get any reply or goods from this company after paying.
I recently ordered a luggage cover + storage net. No contact or delivery after a month.
Are these luggage covers good quality? Who bought one recently?
Thanks.

Was very happy with mine, once I finally got it. Communication was sporadic, but always very nice when they eventually responded, and the product was great when it eventually came, but it sure took a while.
I was a squeaky wheel about it, but don't know if that helped moved it along or not.

Really, this is not the way to do business. I'm not used to wait for a month or longer without any contact. Hope its worth waiting. Btw the site says: can take seven days to deliver......

Patience, it will show up. Took about 3-4 weeks for me to get my LEDS, he did respond to requests as to when they were shipped. USPS caused come of the delay as they supposedly tried to deliver on 5/11 and 5/16 and left notices, that they never left,. got final notice they were holding at post office for 30 days then would return. So were shipped on 5/6, should have been delivered 5/11, not bad from England, the big delay was by my local post office.

All I can add is that Steve is a standup guy but this is not his first line of business - he has a full time job - he also travels a lot which can cause these delays.
Not an ideal way of doing business but be patient and all should be good.

I agree. There was some latency when I ordered LEDs for my H4 lens upgrade. Took a while and the communication was friendly. It was clear Steve is doing this as a side business and he was stranded out of town for several days after my order was placed. Despite some delay I'm pleased with everything and he was a nice guy to chat back and forth with.

First contact after two months. Steve apologises for the delay, they were abroad. Tomorrow they will check for ordered parts and give me a update.
So you are right; he will deliver. Just have patience.
This is the first time for me ordering parts without any info about delay.
Delay is no problem, missing updates is.

I placed an order for a luggage cover on January 16 of this year and still have not received it. After 3 months of waiting, I emailed and asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. I still have not received a refund or a luggage cover. I figured they were crooks and that I would have to write off the $275. They do not return emails and they are too far from California for me to chase down. Strange that others are receiving their products with orders placed after mine.
