Another 928 with a crazy asking price!
Hi,
I know that one thing is the asking price and other thing completely different is the selling price, but this one is a little too much for the car in question!!
That's my opinion, what do you guys think?

Hmm; very low mileage example. The price is high, but not outrageous. The condition looks like a solid #1. It is a brand new 928.

The blaupunkt holy grail might be pushing it up!
If you look through mobile.de there's a lot of nice looking 928s for high money, usually from dealers. I think they're in a purposeful process of a market push..have nice cars priced sky high, then the cars eventually sell (typically for a lot less), or they just remove it from the market, then they can mark it "sold" without transaction detail. Do this enough times and you make an effect on the market.

The add says it's a Euro 928 Twin Dizzy 310HP. Was imported to the US in 1984 and back to Germany in 2015 with an extensive service history and all original.

In a world of daily drivers, this does look like 'a lot'.
But a super low, super clean TUV passing model back home in a low production model....
We're not the customers, and we should hope they all sell for high prices really.

.......probably can't restore one, in Germany, for that kind of money.
And an all original low mileage example should be worth more than a restoration.

OK...so we all put our cars for sale for big money and just pull them after awhile as sold...and move the market?
