aftermarket/Euro Throttle body for 16V

Thanks Hacker & Lopez, I have done a good exhaust mod, although I'm still running the standard cast exhaust mainifolds (heavy).
The engine has no problem hitting redline (i've hit the limiter quite a few times by accident), but it's out of puff in top gear at around 5300.
The 10:1 compression 4.5L has responded really well to even the slightest airflow improvement (exhaust only mod). I don't want to change the cams as this would probably push the personality of the engine into something like a Jeckle & Hide, I like the smoothness of the stock cams even though they are lame in specs. (at least compared to a chev, mopar, ford - but they have too many other faults that the cams probably compensate for )
I'm only keen to do the intake bolt on only, no cams as yet. Swap out the cast manifolds for later model stainless headers (weight saving if anything) and see how it tunes up.
