Thanks guys. Foam under the emergency spare tire cover was crumbling and making a mess so purcahsed some new closed cell faom from Rob Budd. Lou, aka: "Vetter59" told me about a 2 part epoxy to restore/preserve the particle board. Sanded out the water stains then brushed on the epoxy. T

Have been getting reacquainted with Mokka the last few days. It's simply dreamy to drive and looks great from any angle. Could not find a single divot in either of the flag mirrors...astonishing. Pics taken today in overcast conditions. T

Thanks guys Big Thank you to Droo for getting this OB back up to speed Only items left on the "to-do" list are installing the cruise control brain (recently sent out for refresh) and flushing/checking the inop windshield wash system: https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...-repair-2.html Spoke with the original owner who stated this OB was primarily used for transport to and from the Country Club. That said, a PDR specialist worked his magic massaging out a small dent in the hood caused from an errant golf ball. This OB will be ready for upcoming Greenwich Concours Sun, June 4th and your all invited !http://www.greenwichconcours.com
Took some more before heading back to TX later today..enjoy

Did you take Andy Kay up there with you to get it looking that nice?

Oh my.

I hadn't realized that there are two sets of stripes. One going from the hood, then curving up around the door window, the other going from the top of the rear quarter, around the back of the hatch and up the other rear quarter.

Not something that would be done today, but it really accents the car.

Wanted to keep the stock radio in place and Droo suggested to try this route...actually sounds pretty good. T
