Blatant E-Bay Ripoff

Isn't this auction by our friend the Texas ripoff artist who was selling the the same repair manual multiple times without delivery and keeps changing his name? I seem to recall that you can get a "strikingly" identical chart for free from the 928 Specialists site. See:

Sheesh.... This guy could have at least re-created it or changed -something-.
"May the fleas of 1,000 camels infest his armpits"
Shouldn't Dave and Jeannie have some legal ground WRT copyright on this guy?

The fraud I am familiar with was named Schackelford, was in Dallas and was supposedly moving to FL. He resurfaced on Ebay selling aviation radios, was shut down, hasn't been heard of since to my knowledge. This guy Hack is in Jersey, I don't think he is the same person, just a sub species. He makes his address available b/c he has parts for sale. Best just not to deal with him.

Barry: What is your source on the "Paul Miller" moniker having anything to do w/this jerk on ebay? Paul Miller is a well established, registered dealer of high end marques, jag, porsche, benz in the Trenton, Parsippany area; I doubt they are associated with Kuleast in any way. ??
Then why does his fuse/relay chart look like a near photocopy of the 928 Specialist chart? I would expect more from an established dealer. I certainly don't think someone of that caliber would need to sell some cheap laminated fuse chart of dubious origin on Ebay to maintain a business.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I had purchased a set of Autothority chips for my car from him last December. There were problems with delivery that I won't spend time detailing here. They didn't work. I sent them to Autothority who verified them as counterfeits. All the email communication and the payment were made to Paul Miller. Who knows, he probably lied about that too. I believe there is an investigation underway from Autothority.
I assume E-Bay could care less and has made no attempts to curtail his activities. I am constantly seeing this guy come up as a questionable businessman over and over again.
BarryW: I ask again where you get the connection between Paul Miller (dealer) and the chart JE has linked? The chart is sold by Kuhleast.

Exactly. That is why I think there is some confusion here. (I have no connection to the Paul Miller dealership and not defending him or "dealers"); I haven't seen Paul Miller dealer connected with Kuhleast in any way. Are you saying that "Paul Miller" an individual, is one of Kuhleast's aliases? If so, it may need to be added to the list, but it still may not be Paul Miller the dealer. I think you need to be clear so as not to impugn the dealer unfairly. OTH, please show where Paul Miller (dealer) is selling 928gt.com's chart.

I don't have any experience with this person Paul Miller, but I can verify that Kuhleast, 6spd_getrag and at least 4 or 5 other ebay names is one and the same as Motodyne, A.K.A.- Robert C. Hack.
One serious A-Hole and its apparent that no matter how many complaints and letters to Ebay he cannot be stopped from ripping people off on ebay.
Apparently crime does pay considering how long he has been at this.
