Looks like ebay protecting the seller again.... Meaning, they booted Dave and deleted all feedback he left.

No need to assume, you can be certain ...THEY DON'T CARE.
Frankly, I am suprised that so many people log in and participate in those Auctions to get ripped off. I personally have been stung too many times there and kicked myself each time for believing that I was actually gonna a square deal. When you put it in E-Bay's hands to fix- they tell you you should have been wiser and purchase the insurance (capitalizing on their customers grief) or, contact the the Attorney General or a long list of other law enforcement authourities that are also not interested in your $5.00 rip off.
The should just rename the E-Bay site to---- www.you-are-a-BIG-SUCKER.com ! Funny thing is, you will still find people out there that will sign up to get ripped off.
