Mileage only matters on perfect condition original cars.

Once they need a complete restoration, 30,000 miles or 130,000 miles makes zero difference....the only question becomes how well they are done.

there are at least 50 shades of grey....... and "restoration" means many things to many different people. Spend much time at the big classic car auctions (like I have) and you soon learn that there are very few really nice cars there....Also that most of the retail buyers lack the ability to see the difference and most of the car dealers do NOT CARE. Their cars are for trading not keeping. You see a lot of Krylon "rebuilds" of engines where they just LOOK NEW and fresh. Poor body and paint work. Incorrect interiors and on and on.
But a documented low odometer reading is about the ONLY thing you can not "restore" on a car and it is the first thing everyone asks !!!!
For most buyers 30,000 or 130,000 miles is a huge difference not that it really makes any sense......
