Default My shark has ***** !?!

So I always refer to my 928 as her or she or the like, but I was a little shocked when I was just replacing my hood latch cable with the drivers inner fender removed,I noticed a moulded plastic "thing" which looked like a bunch of black tennis ***** grouped together. What is this ?

That's the vacuum accumulation reservoir for the HVAC and cruise control.

I believe you found the vacuum reservoir. It holds vacuum for accessories, when the engine isn't making much/any.

Brian.

That's the tennis ball carrier.

928s are all female. Bitches, too.

Way back, my young daughter (now 27) was saying which of my cars were girl cars and which were boy cars. She told me that the Buick ('73 Riv) was "a man car."

ROFLMAO... Sorry... couldn't resist. Although I gotta say an 86.5 with 5 speed and LSD is one of my favorite 928s!!! I had one and sold it like a dumb ***... But the 928 Gods had pity on me and now I've got a 84 Euro I'm reassembling... It's an auto but 310 hp stock from the factory is schweeeet

You guys have never met "Tha Stallion" (note the license plate frame). The pic below is of a replacement, uh, set - he lost the previous set a few years ago on the way back from 3rd Coast - I was driving behind him in our group when I suddenly saw them bouncing across the roadway and into a field! Had a good laugh while informing everyone of what just happened over our two-way radios.
