928 engines don't seem to bother him too much. He usually comes out to see what the noise is all about. I think he operates under the premise that it is better to get really close to the noise, so he can know, firsthand, what he is afraid of.
Interestingly enough, he's terribly afraid of 911 race engines running.
I think he associates 911 engines with lawnmower engines (which are pretty much the same things), thinking he's going to get run over and cut into little pieces.

P.S. I want the dog. Seems to have more common sense than most in being afraid of flat six technology.....even with only the two brain cells..(I've had dogs with one, so this is likely an improvement...).
