why the 24lb injectors? curious? i used the 19s with 70psi sucessfully to 320rwhp, but the 24s would have been better.. (i know , shark tune best)... but curious, what was the goal and what power level are you at.

I think he said he has Porken chips on the way, which are supposed to be used with 24lb injectors...

Dr bob was right... It was stupid stuff... My mechanic is fired......
Found the issue.
The cable that runs from the quadrant on the side of the intake down to the plenum butterfly was the issue.
The sheath has slipped out of the collar of the plastic piece that goes through metal bracket.
It had slightly dropped down and the lip of the sheath was riding on the edge of the bracket collar. You could not see it as it looked like the sheath was see seated inside the collar.
I feel like an idiot.

It's not the first time that's happened, and undoubtedly isn't the last. And it was caught before the intake came off and all that expensive WYAIT stuff got done. You saved $Thousands! How lucky is that?

The top end was refreshed a few years back and about 9k ago...it would be a shame to go ahead with the ancillary stuff again... Y up u have to if the intake is off .... Right?

Steven,
These things happen- part of the reason these forums exist is to help minimise the attrition as is the case in hand. Does not necessarily mean you have no leaks- just that hopefully you do not have any major ones [in all probability].
