Nice car. I know the owner and have seen the car in person. About as nice a '78 as I can imagine exists.

Thanks for the note—but have to ask that you delete the scans as they are copyrighted material.

Thanks,

+1. Good to see coverage of the 928 in Pano.

I hate having to be the one to ask (!), but it comes with the territory. So does appreciating moments when readers feel good enough about a story that they want to share it.

Best,

Thanks, Jarrod, and everyone.

That was one of my favorite cars and owners at Parade this year. The back story on what Greg gave/did to make it possible to shoot the car was just too cool, and speaking with him was a real reminder on how cars can bring us together in ways that have little to do with covering highway miles. Not sure either of us would agree on politics or a variety of other things, but we found common ground and both left richer for it. At least, I did...

Best,

pete

Just got my copy and read the article. Wow! What a car. Likely the best 78 in existence outside of Kermit. Would love to see it up close.

I didn't have the time to read it yet but will for sure.

Thank you for the good work you do with Panorama.

It's even better with some 928 content!

I posted about this car 2 years ago when I met Greg at a local C&C
https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...-78-today.html
A couple of email contacts with him until I saw him at the Parade this summer. He had a bout of poor health, but I think he is on the mend. Learned today that he participated in a Fall Oct. drive that our local PCA does that I could not attend. Was happy to see the article about him and his car. Real nice guy.
