Too shinny seats for me.
I always used great (too me) interior detailing products. They did great but these brought the seats (refinished seats) to a shinny look that is not what I'm looking for now.
Tried different cleaners without good results.
So I went the drastic way and sanded them with a 2000 sand paper.
Gently dry sanded the entire seats.
And wiped everything with some Simple Green to remove any sanding dust.
Works quite well actually.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Now, what do you use to clean/protect your seats that gives a matte look?
Not a shinny look that most of the detailing stuffs give.
Thank you in advance.

I use this, it's not totally matte, but it's not overly shinny.

Well, my experiment with Leatherique on one seat made the leather a little more soft, I think. (My seats aren't bad to begin with) But, I'm not sure if after wiping the Rejuvenating Oil off with the Cleaner reduced the shine or not. Going to try it on the driver's seat next.
So, no definite answer yes or no if this reduced the shine.

Thanks Karl.
I didn't think about that.
This would be less scary than using sand paper!
Thanks Rick,
I did the same as you but with the Color Plus product last Sunday. Just put few coats and wiped the excess.
I'll take the car outside the garage next weekend and see what it looks like.
Thanks again guys.
