Yup, that was the setup for my son's and my trip to WI this summer when I had the Z06 6-speed installed at 928MS. It was a great trip.

Usually they sit in the back, but that was such a long trip, and it was only me and him so he got an upgrade

For regular use, I have these foam booster bases which gets my son's (age 8) and daughter's (age 11) heads up above the folded down roof so they can see out.

I had bought one that should fit, but actually doesn't because of the CF center trim ring that's part of this particular style Momo wheel. It's brand new and still has the ptotective plastic over the button - $50 shipped USPS Priority Mail

Dimensions and why it doesn't work with this wheel (measued with my digital caliper):

New black & silver crest button
  • backside diameter where it has to go into the hole in the steering wheel - 49.87 mm
  • total diameter 58.99 mm
  • top side diameter of just the button part that has to move 43.0 mm

Momo button that came with the Jet Wheel
  • backside diameter where it has to go into the hole in the steering wheel - 49.53 mm
  • total diameter 54.7 mm
  • top side diameter of just the button part that has to move 40.2 mm

center hole of Jet Steering wheel (not the CF ring) - 51.18 mm

CF hub trim ring for Jet Steering Wheel
  • Diameter of hole from the top side that the button is pressed through 38.17 mm
  • Diameter of the cutout in the backside of the ring that has to go over the button to fit flush with the wheel 55.79 mm

The crest button will fit inside the hole in the steering wheel itself - 49.87 mm going into a 51.18 mm hole, but the overall diameter of the crest button is too large to fit inside the recess in the backside of the CF trim hub - 58.99 mm into a 55.79mm recess.

There are both 320mm and 350mm versions of the Jet Wheel. What I don't know is whether the hub is slightly larger on the 350 mm larger version of the Jet Wheel where this crest buttion is the proper size to work with it. It likely also works with other styles of Momo wheels where the horn button just installs into the center of the wheel and there is not a trim ring that fits over it.

Based on the above measurements, if it will work for someone, let me know as I'd like to sell it since I don't have a use for it.

I will take some measurements of the existing horn button. I have the 350mm wheel. Thanks

Also use it without the carbon fiber center trim.
Got a Porsche horn button from ebay, it will not fit with the trim but that wasn't the plan either.
