Would we have that crazy but beautiful Pascha interior in a crazy car like the 928 without the use of LSD?

 

The aircon vents on the console are from the very early '78's.

 

I am close enough to help if you need it. If you still don't have the engine pics you could contact the seller and tell them that a friend will swing by and take more pics and test drive for you. Pm the seller info to me if you need help

This is interesting. About a month ago this car's twin was for sale on the Little Rock CL. I mean exactly the same no sunroof euro 5spd, green on green. Pictures were taken near a shipping container. Asking price was around 3k but the ad said the engine smoked so I passed, I'm already up to my elbow in an m28. When I came to my senses a week later, resolved to buy it, I mean it's an early 5spd non sunroof euro, it was gone.

 

Like the way he wrote the ad, seems very honest. I have a soft spot for early green 928s. Lots of potential for sure.

 

Well this one is not for me. I need another 928 like I need a hole in the head.

I still have not touched the 82Euro I have under cover in the basement.

I am strictly looking at this one for fellow listers........... Prescott, Ed....

 

I have a firm appt for Friday on this car. I have the "real camera" charging up and I will get engine shots, lumbar shots of the seat, check rear interior qtr panels for wave. Look for rust on the qtr windows....... Any other requests??

 

put a magnet on the front lower ball joints to see if they have been replaced. Originals were aluminum.

 

Also, please check the VIN and engine number, to know if this a Euro or US version.

 

Well, the car is for real, the seller is for real. Not a lot of good news beyond that. I will post pictures and video tonight.
