Not my problem to calm down, you need to check that on your own and respect others time and efforts.
Al's put forth hundreds of hours of his own time, an unknown amount of cash, and he's not going to retire off this by any means. You get pushy and personal about HIS time, and when checked on it...it's someone elses
problem?
You don't get to make this my problem.
We're all very patiently waiting for Al to finish it, finish it right, and not a moment, week, or month too soon.
My car is 28yrs old, it can wait.

Al,
I hope you didn't see my comment as this last guy who thinks he is your attorney.
I meant no disrespect in any way and did not mean to be pushy on your time or offend you in any way. In fact I have nothing but respect for your skills.
I think what you are doing on your own time is wonderful and I can not wait for this product to be ready.
When available I'd like buy one and I'd like to buy it before this other guy
Hope to see this on sale real soon. Keep up the great work Sir.

Awesome Stuff as always Al!
Are you planning to produce your whole run of enclosures via your 3d printer? If you are, You might be able to save some time on the pre-paint prep using XTC-3D. Its an epoxy that is supposed to be thinly coated over parts to give a sand-able/prime-able surface and may save you a bit of time going that avenue (Supposedly fills in z-axis striations really well). I've heard good things of it and have a bottle waiting to be used on some of my projects.
Keep up the amazing work!

Thanks for the tip Jonathan. I'm using Shapeways SLS nylon in black. Turns out the black is a coating on a white material, so hoping I can use the black as a primer and do a finish coat on the exposed areas. Once I get the housing details finalized, I'll probably order in groups of 2 or 3 to cut shipping costs, and try some nesting ideas I have to cut print cost.
