Default Platinum 1984S for sale in NoVa

No personal interest in this car. Something about the older gentleman standing with his car gives a positive impression - perhaps he's owned it for many years. If nothing else, it's another pricing data point.

Looks great. Nice color. I'm guessing that five photographs of the front 3/4 and nothing of the rear or interior may have something to do with being an older gentleman and these modern cell phones.

Sterling is the town in Virginia where the car is located.

Thanks for sharing this. The price data that we're really missing is actual sales prices. This one looks priced high for the mileage (unknown, but over 125k), but, as always, only a good PPI will tell you if it's well priced.

I agree it seems priced high...but that's kind of the point. Seems like people think it's time to dust off their 928 and sell high. It's a sign that perceived value of the 928 is improving.

Well, there was the totally trashed "Barn Find" 78 in Rochester a year or so ago that started out at $5k. The one with weeds growing in the seats.

Just because an owner thinks it's worth a bunch doesn't mean the buyers will.

It is a huge selling point that "Tires have less than 1000 thousand miles."
