Had this happen the other day
...and going strong...
Bought it with 62K about six years ago now. Daily driver (mere 13 mile commute).
I've been away too long. Car running problem free, busy at work, leads to infrequent visits to the forum. Glad to find everyone still here.
While I'm at it (you can tell my car has been good to me lately), the vanity mirror in the passenger side visor of my car has been absent since I have had the car--a sore point for my wife. I can't see an elegant way of taking it apart and replacing the mirror the right way. Best I could do would be to get some glass cut to the right size and glue it in place. Anyone have a better idea?

No kidding. Lord knows I've (I mean Greg Nettles) refurbished just about everything we reasonably could consider a few years back. I hoping for a little of Bill Ball's luck now... 200k+ until anything major.

Rigged, I guess that's down to semantics. The odds are miniscule, unless you account for the fact that it was planned in which case the odds are pretty good. I reset the trip odo when the main odo was at 91,872. The intent was for the trip odo to read 928.0 miles when I took the pic.
Then, after a couple of fillups, I forgot one day and with my brain on autopilot I reset the trip odo.
Fortunately I remembered to reset again at 92,707 and to NOT reset on the next fillup... so I settled for 92.8.
