I'm wondering if anyone can let me know where this part goes. I'm putting my '79 back together and am at the disadvantage of not being the one that took it apart.

It looks like the piece that screws up under the instrument cluster binnacle.

Yep, dash pod light dimmer and wiper interval thumb wheels are in the slots
