This is what I ended up doing with my AFR.
I figured if I had not started smoking yet, I was not going to.

Before I get lit up, the toggle is for my aux. fan, I wanted a manual switch for stop and go traffic in the summer heat.

AO, that is awesome BTW.

I went ahead and mounted mine in the usual spot along with a vintage VDO mechanical clock which has an electric winder....still a little more to finish up but you get the idea.
