Now it gets trickier. Lots of inside corners and curves.
Cheers,

I was putzing in the boot when I got sidetracked on the carpet project. But the carpet project was well worth the time and effort.
The switch is temporary for easy on/off while I continue to work out other issues.

Oh, that's right, it never does.
Looks like that 3D printed ride height gauge is turning out to be a very expensive tool.
I'm sure these need to be replaced.
Does anyone know the spec on these?
Do these need replacing as well?
How about these? How does one know if they are good to be reused?
Cheers,

Two springs in a tub.
Took some elbow grease but I found them, they are brown, and best I can measure, 342mm free length so they are going back in.

Worked great on the first side, but the bushings crumbled on the second side so it's a straight full wrap. Ended up redoing the first side without the bushings too. That is some good stuff. Better than self fusing silicone tape. It was quite difficult to remove.
Cheers,

The originals are available at ~$6.25 each but won't work without the bushings so 3D printing saves the day yet again:

FYI Roger has replacement grommets that clip into all those plastic mounts for the ABS harnesses.

You did a good job with the vulcanizing tape. I used that route at first. It will last for some time, probably about 2 years. I also tried liquid electrical tape, which helped up a little better and was easier to clean. I also tried repairing the harness in the car but found better results by removing the harness completey.
In my last iteration, I found woven split wrapto be an extremely nice look and effective in containing the wires. As for the holders, I used these s as a nice option. You can review my journey for harnes refurbishing here

After purchasing those Amazon harness holders, I realized these Porche harness holders would also do the trick:

I'll run with the wrap for now and see how long holds up.
