I did an online IQ test the other day (http://www.emode.com/tests/uiq), and it said that I was a "Visionary Philosopher". Supposedly that means I "have a powerful mix of skills and insight that can be applied in a variety of different ways. "
Pretty scary, huh? Stay tuned...
..Yes, Scary indeed. Thats what I was too when I took the test. Visionary Philosopher. And my numbers were just over the bottom line on "genius". I took it again, it gave me different questions, and I was still just in the boat on Genius.
Uh Nicole. What did you say about 4.00 dollar gallons of gas?
Thom ...thanks for posting the engine /chassis photos very informative which with the great write-up about the separate cooling of the heads 80 % of the coolant flow , solid deck (no more free standing cylinders) , cast iron bearing caps does indicate and confirm to me that , YES IT IS A PORSCHE engine .... O K , so what if everyone else knew that !! ....now if they would just put that engine into 3,000 lb front mid-engine "roadster " think Birdcage Maserati , Lister Jag , TVR / Porsche 550 spider influenced retro look ......... something where you can reach out over the low door and touch the rear wheel just behind the seat . Sorry I have been driving around in My daughter's two big block 4 speed Corvettes 1965 and 1966 both have side pipes ..... rude crude no amenities no rational purpose in being . JUST FUN .........
Of course, that just might be the Howard Stern school of psychology.
How did all this turn into a big ball of wax about rumination? If I go off and make a comment about something that I THINK to be true, but am not sure...I generally say so. That comes from being shot down on this forum a few times...
By the way: How'd you like to be tasked with the job of changing the starter on the Cayenne V8? It looks like it is burried below the intake manifold. And toward the front, near the timing chain....which brings up a few more interesting questions. Hmm....
ANYWAY...Nicole I'm still trying to find in my literature on the 928 where I read that Ferdinand Piech wanted the 928 to be powered by a 5.0 liter V10 built out of the Audi 5 cylinder. I know I read it somewhere...when I find it I'll let you know!

I expect it to do rather well in a 2000 lbs TVR Cerbera ...
