Since I was one of the more vocal ones, I feel that I should admit that Pete came through and printed some good shark content.
Thank you, Mr. Stout.

There's a nice writeup of all of their products and systems at Kuhnperformance.com.

Who is this "They" in the article?
Maybe this article will boost Khun's bussiness to get some high rolling customers. It's harder and harder to find people that are willing to pay $12K to boost their 928s.

Received my issue yesterday and was very pleased to see this well-written and nicely illustrated feature. Hopefully this is just the beginning of greater 928 coverage.

I had a client yesterday who is a die-hard air cooler (and I mean extreme zealot-class air cooler) come in and he asked me if I saw the Pano article.

We were talking, and he let slip that the shark was in fact an awesome GT and he might-in-fact just see what was out there...

Pretty amazing what a couple of pages in a magazine can do.

Why do you say harder and harder? It seems to me that these 928 turbo cars are becoming less unique, so there are still some people who are both rich enough to afford it and crazy enough to actually do it!

Here's one more:

It's harder because the people that spend that kind of money don't usually do it on older cars. I know the guy that owns http://www.maximumpsi.com/ in NJ. He builds the fastest BMWs in the US. He just dropped the E36 from their offerings to concentrate on the E46 and up.

Their shop E36 M3 just sold for $25k. It was over 1000whp and ran 8s.

Ptuomovo,

Customers like you are very rare. They were rare when you first started this project and are even rarer today. As these cars are getting cheaper and cheaper, so are their new owners and not many are willing to drop that much money into boosting their 928s when a cheaper alternative (superchargers) are also available by more than one vendor. A TT'd 928 will always be unique, regardless how many are made.
