It is a piston ring compressor, not an exhaust clamp.

Good God am I looking at S3 air tubes just sitting there on a shelf....
and resting on top of a stack of S3 belly pans?

Yes, they were all laid out at SF14, guess they didn't sell. That pic was taken today (I might or might not have stopped by on official, work-related business.... )

Too late. I ordered a new one from Roger for $30+. Well doesn't hurt to have new rubber under the hood.
