Default Unusual Interior Fabric

Ever seen this fabric before in a 928? Seems original, with matching door inserts.

Saw it. eBay. That looks pimped out. The carpets have been replaced. Ditto steering wheel. Porsche would sell you anything - VIN check in PET would give some clue.

That's even more obnoxious than the old pasha fabric...

Might be original for Euro cars. I've seen BMW's of the same era with similar interiors in Europe and I bet money that leather was an option there.

Read my mind.

Of course, I prefer the deformed thresher shark/dolphin pattern Mercedes used on the W203 C-class Coupes.

The fabric reminds me of British train seating - its the pattern carefully chosen to hide all manner of filth, vomit and food stains.

hmm; I disagree with you two. Looks like the back seats match, and the pleats look correct to me for that seat style. As to being even, the slight uneveness happens from some miles in the seats, with fabric seats. Leather holds up better in those cases.
It sure seems factory to me. I know one could order almost anything from Porsche.

Seller said it was re-done, not a factory material. Does look like nicer-than-normal workmanship.

I would be glad to take that crummy old pasha-wrecked weird blue colored machine off your hands, but you would probably want too much for it, maybe even more than the $500 I would pay...
