mineral spirits will do the job, not to harsh, but will soften the tape glue enough to remove. just dampen a soft cloth and let it soak in a few minutes. a little elbow grease will be reqired also.
"Rapid Remover" works very well to remove glue and adhesive.

Bilal,
If it's baked into the paint (like my car), it's not coming off.
It gets into the paint itself, and then nothing's going to work.
I've checked with about six professionals now. (And tried just about everything).
If it's not gone that far, the Goo-Gone works well...
Hope yours is an easy fix.

Another good one is De-Solv-It, says it's a Citrus Solution-No harsh chemicals-100% organic for whatever that's worth...
I've used is a lot on my car to remove various sticky, or stuck on, stuff. Just used it (along with a scraper) to remove the original tape backing that holds the door molding on.

If you don't care about what happens to the finish underneath the glue, like if you're going to repaint or powdercoat it, brake cleaner spray works very well and quickly.
