Put a thrust bearing check/Pklamp/Super Bearings on the list before too long if it's not already on your radar... nice combo! Congrats!

The numbers on the lower 2 lines are the option codes. They don't seem to put the beginning letter on the sticker.
You could post your VIN in the "Official VIN Check" thread. Someone will let you know what the car originally came with.
Or you could look in the "New Visitor" stick. Post 39 (on page 3) has the list of what the option codes mean.
You have 220, which is limited slip. Also body side moldings and sunroof. Many of the rest are stereo.

Thanks, Joe. I was looking at some other list of codes linked to on the VIN thread, and was totally thrown off when I could not find the first one, C02 (which I now realize must mean "for US except CA"), and then all the rest began with an "M". I see that I also have option 302 "Type designated on rear end" - I checked in a mirror, and sure enough, there it was: "newbie".

Nice looking car!
WP0JB0923HS860526
1987
C02 - 49 states U.S. emissions spec
M28.42 - 316 hp 5L 32V
A28.12- 4 speed Auto. 2.20 rear end
M018- Sport steering wheel with elevated hub 30mm
I158- Blaupunkt 'Reno' AM/FM/Cassette radio
M220- LSD (!)
I302- Rear bumper badge type designation
M418- Side moldings
M490- Hi Fi Sound system
M494- Additional amplifier
M570- Rear AC
M650- Sunroof
FWIW, to Roger's order I would add a transmission pan gasket and filter kit, a fuel filter, and whatever your favorite brand of brake fluid and 3 liters of 75W-90 gear oil is. Unless you're confident that all fluids have been done recently, just do them so it's not an issue.

You gave the LSD an exclamation mark! Are they rare? I did have on my list of 25 items "Fluid for LSD?"; I can remove the question mark now.
My overall plan is to do what's vitally needed (fuel lines, TB, WP, ?), do a few hundred miles (and get over to my friend's lift for a thrust bearing look over), then go crazy over the long, dark, cold winter. Make sense?

LSD isn't all that rare. Its just really nice to have.
Don't worry about being a "Newbie." We all were at some point.
Keep asking questions, learn who to listen to and who to ignore.
Your ability to overcome the almost irresistible temptation to drive it "just a little bit" is rather admirable.
