Default Higher armrest lid, is this from factory?

Does not seem to have an option code, but at least it looks original. Anyone know?

Actually long before the cover on eBay was available and even the higher cover box version from Paul Champagne another company made them (can't remember the name). Complete box not just the cover. May have been the same company that made the center console that replaced the cassette box that accommodated the mobile phone install.
