I don't know about hen's teeth, but they are getting harder to find, particularly the wider rears. FWIW, I think it's a good deal too. Most know the wheels have very friendly 928 offsets. Fronts work on all years. Rears fit both 85/86 & GTS cars with a spacer. Depending on tire size and brand, people fit these on all other years, with or without some fender rolling. Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer.

Conventional wisdom on tire size is 235/40/18 front and 295/35/18. Quintessential thread here:
