I can't figure out what to name my car
OK, so I've had her for a few weeks now, and it seems that most everyone names their car. Mine's a Silver Metallic 86.5 with the Dark Brown Interior. Don't mind the Rims; previous owner used a solvent to clean them and made the finish run.
VIN WP0JB0929GS862781
But.... I can't figure out a name.
I thought about variations of Eleanor, but that seems overdone. I've considered Wunderwaffe (Silver Bullet in German for those wondering) but that's not a very feminine name. And yes, my car is female as all cars should be (ladies, you are free to use male names for your cars). Silber Dame (Silver Lady) doesn't really flow, does it?
Anybody have thoughts/suggestions?

How about Silke.
Somewhat similar to Silber for silver.
Sounds nice too.
Silke is also a German diminutive form of Celia, meaning "heavenly", from the Latin "caelum" meaning "heaven".

Hi Ho Silver and Away, The Lone Ranger's horse Silver was a White though.
Tonto's horse was Scout.
Roy Roger's trick horse was named Trigger.
Red Ryder's horse was Tony. Gene Autry's horse was Champion. Annie Oakly's horse was Target.
Maybe, Flash, Lightning, Rumble or Bwaah?
I usually refer to my car as the Porsche, or the GTS.

(I kid... I kid...)
So you want a woman's name and silver. How about an old Silver Screen Actress. My absolute favorite would be Rita... Rita Hayworth.
Lots of classic names for a classic car to choose from:

Silverbird. There is even a great 70s song of that name. "Silverbird, fly my lady away..."
