Blue hose surgery now or after SITM?

I had planned on doing the blue hose, just because. It's not leaking, but the outer sheath is frayed.
Should I attempt this before SITM? What are my chances that it will start leaking if I don't?
On one hand I would like to do it just for peace of mind. But on the other hand I don't want to risk having an issue with the nipple on the master cylinder or have to bleed that ****ing clutch again.
Right now I'm leaning towards leaving it alone and then take my time after SITM to replace it or perhaps just later in the summer.
Thoughts?

Hey Bob: The chance of a leak is so slim that I would drive and never look back. Really, I will come from St. Louis and get you if it does! Lol.
My outer weave was frayed and it still took me 10 min. to cut and pull the hose off.
But, do tell us how you are going to do it: I moved my booster, and afterwards I said if I ever had do another one I would cut a hole.
Regards.
