Same car that was bought for 50K? Right, nothing like a 29K mark up.

Hope it sells well!

"Only front engine V8" needs to be updated since the Panamera (and Cayenne, technically) meets the definition.

I don't follow these things very closely usually.

Is this the recent Mecum auction car that went for ~$50K?

Roy Cats knows his Lambos and muscle cars but appears to know little about the 928.

And wow, that is quite the price increase!

It went for $50K and there was an 8% buyer's premium on top of that. That alone is pretty strong for this car unless the market has moved more than we realize. One indicator to suggest it has is Hagerty's valuation tool, which in December 2012 showed a Grade 1 '89GT at $31,300. Currently, it suggests $43,100 an increase of 38%. I would note it values 89-91GTs the same, whereas most here would contend the '89 is arguably worth more. While the valuation tool's current price may not be accurate, the trend line very well could be.

EDIT: Over 100 pics http://www.catsexotics.com/web/used/...ngton/1565598/
