Yes, Roger shined a very bright light on his opinion of how you manage the FB pages and stuff. I see nothing saying you dispute those statements.
But to balance things out...

I know both Roger and Sean personally. If someone managed to get both Sean AND Roger upset at them, that takes serious work. Now me, I go off if my corn flakes are soggy, but not them.
As far as removing comments from a web presence, that's up to the admin of the web board. In the end though, it's easier to be straight up from the beginning.

That you conduct youself here like this in front of an audience of your primary potential customers suggests a certain bizzare lack of control - you'd have to be a moron to think this is doing you ANY good...
