a small Phillips screw is needed,
carefully push the rubber seal out of the way then fit the screw driver into the screw,
put a towel over the top of the window once its down,
so the screw cant fall into the door,
Or rig a piece of card board to the top of the window to catch the screw as it will probably fall going in or coming out
