This part will be a more challenging part to print. Though thankfully ABS will be OK for this.

For the PSD reservoir, ABS will not last. Nylon might. However, you will not be able to print it with the nipples (at least not easily). So they will need to be glued or screwed in, in order to work.

The only other trouble I see with this neck, is that there is no mating piece to go inside of the fenderwell, for attaching the hose on to. But that is easily able to be made.

I'm game

PS: and what about that nylon bushing on the A/T shift handle? Shouldn't cost much and it'll save about $450...

I'm game, but have a few questions:
What orientation did you print it in?
What is the maximum dimension? (not sure it will fit on my replicator 2x)
What did you do about the external (hose bib) section? Separate part?
Did you verify that the stock cap fits?
What did you model it in?
Any chance you would share the files?
Thank you.

Have added the hose bib section as a separate part

you need about 15x8x8 cm space to print it

i am in currently drawing/adding a 2 part design of it (alternaternate - cut it in half in your slicer/program - i use either cura or repetier host)

i have not verified it yet

i used solidworks 2013 to model it

edit: added top/bottom version plus remeasured the filler cap
