Oh, and free soft-water car wash, laundry services, etc. for the next few days if you need them while you wait for your household to catch up. Unless you are allergic to cats... Seafood from the grill for dinner tonight, and large quantities of cheap wine available. You can see your new digs from here, I think.

Thanks bob, we should be in town mid week. Just rolled in to Albuquerque. Hope to swing by the shop I got the car from before we head out to Tucson in the AM. Going to spend Monday and Tuesday night there.
Texas was fun... Only saw about 2 cops. Did 80 ish to get out if there , tumble weeds were out in force today. O2 sensor for my innovate gauge is being wonky, so I have a new one waiting in Tucson.

The Great Circle route passing through Tucson, right between ABQ and LAX. Drag your feet some. Awful weather today, mid 70s and bright sun. By Wednesday, should improve to rain. car wash offer is god to mid week for other logistical reasons. Its a one-day drive from Tucson, should get you here Wednesday? Travel safe and have fun!

Wow, your zig zaggin all over the place !! ABQ to Tucson ?? Thats a loooong drive south with not much westward progress. Be careful from Tucson. Major pileup over weekend on RT10. Everyone got to sit for 3hrs and get to know each other . Good luck with rest of trip.

Oh man, missed this thread as you were going thru OKC. Woulda liked to have ya stop by. I live within 2 miles of the end of the turnpike from tulsa to okc.
Sounds and looks like you are having a great trip.

One more night here in Vail (Tucson), then a 4 hour drive to Yuma tomorrow. we figure we might as well take the full 7 days the USAF is giving us for travel. Then thursday, the final drive to San Pedro and check in to the housing office... WEEE.....
