Where are you traveling from? Where after LA? Also, what wheels are those... they look great on there. Are those OEM wheels? What year and model did they come from?

Car looks great!!!

Cheers,
Bryan

Bryan, Jake is joining us for an extended stay in the L.A. basin. Eventually the concept of the 'first drive' will be swept from his lexicon, replaced by just 'driving', year-round.

Those wheels are Cup 4's, first popularized by Chuck Zachman and sold by Tire Rack. Heavy, but cheap, and (IMO) good looking:

How do they work with the 52 front and 45 rear offset?

Are those pictures from Ohio? Where's all the snow and why don't the roads look like the surface of the moon?

works great. it is covering the Sirius hockey puck antenna and the stock "bee sting" cell antenna.

wheels are nice. fit great. i rolled the front fenders just to make sure, but they did fine with stock ride height. i get complements on the wheels all the time.

snow has been gone for a few days.... might get some tonight. as for the pot holes... they are out there. the main road by my house, Woodman drive, would make the roads in Kabul look F1 acceptable. i and to take all side roads and new paves on my drive today. I think the one reason so many astronauts are from ohio, is driving here helped them when landing on the moon.

Mine are:

18x8 Sport Edition Cup 4 Silver ET54
18x10 Sport Edition Cup 4 Silver ET 58

Maybe the available sizes/offsets are different now? They fit perfectly on my GTS, with

235/40ZR-18 and 295/30ZR-18 and the stock GTS spacer in the rear.

How did you plug the aftermarket antenna into the stock amplifier located in the roof area?

Non-hijack material: Any impressions/dyno results from the cam install referenced in a differen thread, or is that a different car?

WRT Cup IVs, the offsets vary in the 17" and 18" applications.
Be forewarned that they are very heavy, but well priced.
