This is the way to go, not spray. I can talk to one of my printers and get a sample to send you. You can apply these roll adhesives to almost anything. Then you have the adhesive and backer all in one.
I think that is exactly what I will need. If you can get such a sample send it to me by regular mail.

Jerry, interesting thought about the brass sheet- The spare tire sticker bends and has 'memory' like metal sheet would, no? The RDK decals that go on the inner barrel of the wheel rim are like that, but much thicker and heavier I'll mic one tonight but I 'd believe they are some sort of silkscreening on metal:

Hi Rob. I finally found some material that is almost the exact duplicate of the brass in my Spare Tire Sticker, except for the finish which is slightly off. The color is correct though. The finish is more like that in the Tire Removal sticker you show rather than the Spare sticker I show.

I am going to see about getting the art work done to have these duplicated by silk screening.

One thing I would like to have, Rob, is the exact measurements of the .04 Spare Tire Sticker you show previously and perhaps a straight-on picture of it. It looks a little wider or taller than the one numbered .03 that I have. I haven't checked my cars though that still have original Covers, but I suspect that the sticker you show is not so much for different model years but for different markets, since another difference is the additional language included.

Here are two shots of the spare tire decal with rulers. In mm, I get 114 x 63 mm.

Thanks so much, Rob. That spare tire sticker is bigger than the version I have, in both directions. I'm going to see if any of my cars have that version, but if not I think I can use your pictures to have it replicated along with the one I have.

It is going to be interesting to learn what the respective applications are for these.

I got the material I need to make these, so I hope I can get the graphics done so we can make the screens. I'm still hoping to get the adhesive that will work with these, but I think that is in the mill.

Thanks again.

Thanks, but no hurry. Just knowing that these is something out there that will work is half the battle.

is anyone making paint code stickers? I need one. I'd also like to get a custom tire sticker for the inside of the fuel filler door... with my actual tire sizes...

Good looking labels.

Do you have a link for the radius cutter on Amazon?

The first couple of "radius cutter" search pages gets me router bits.
