Somehow I took the car to some mechanic who knows nothing of the 928 (may be from the Facebook 928 thread) and he told me he swapped the Autozone battery since it was flat and under warranty. Also he was working on the engine...not sure what exactly...

The sequence that woke me was "And I retensioned your timing belt, that will be $1,200.00."

To which I said in my dream: "But, but, but I have a Porkensioner!"

Then the actual phone rang...

My nightmare was last night ....working on a 928 on a lift but using a six foot long screw jack to lift some suspension....moving the lift the jack bent and the whole car slewed sideways.....knocked my assistant to the floor and the front frame rail crushed their head....in slow motion. Yes that really was my dream....and yes I am really careful about lifting cars !!

The Forgotten On

I had a dream where I let a friend borrow it and then thought to check on them and down the road I saw the friend ran over and the car driving back in my direction with nobody in it.

I woke up after that, very quickly.

Doesn't help that my dad calls my car possessed and I watched Christine when I was 7.
