Trust and hurty feelies
HTML Code:
I have no care or concern with regards to your "trust".
It might be suggested that you re-read what you write before posting. But I also wonder if it would make any diff.

The quote (I think) refers to the fact that you cannot vouch for the ads. And anyone would understand that. That's clearly not what you said. Again, this is an odd way to promote something, i.e., by spurning your audience, a small part of it perhaps, but . . .

OTH, maybe you are crazy like a fox. You certainly got some publicity for your site.

Hi Michael,

A pertinent question for you...

Do you have any (financial) interest in any of the cars that get listed on your site? Commission or otherwise?

One of the 180 cars listed at www.greatwhite928.com is mine that I am personally selling. Other than that, nothing at all.

I like to believe every word I use is chosen carefully, its' meaning thought of from different angles. I said the above knowing full well how it would be taken, because I meant it that way.

This is a 928 Forum. I created a list of cars for sale. I cannot gain trust by compiling a list of cars for sale & providing a link. It would be silly to believe I could.

I care if my children, wife, family, and customers trust me. They do. Other than that, this is a forum; I added a tool for your use and/or enjoyment - read the listings or don't. When I try and sell something, I'll try & blow smoke up everyone's butt.

You are going to last a very long time around here with the attitude you've shown in 11 posts. Maybe Pelican is where you should stick to Uboatcommander.

Just so everyone knows where it all started.

Then you will most likely be required to have a paid membership in the least.

I see, well then . . . I believe you said one of them FS is yours. So everyone is properly forewarned, you are on the record as going to blow smoke. Which one is yours?

To be honest and up front with you in return... a recent individual also from the 'City of Brotherly Love' acted in a way that was anything but. And his first name also began with 'M'. It didn't matter that even while "not meaning" to be insulting -he was... and to a lot of folks.

For certain, his personality was brash & short-to-the-point and that may have been him being his true, up front self.

Don't get me wrong... I am a smart a$$ as the day is long. But here on the interwebs, people cannot hear the inflection in my voice nor see the expression on my face -and know that I am just being a smart a$$. Hell, I am probably still on some folks ignore list. Those that have met me in person know that I am a jokester and love to poke fun at serious stuff... and I have learned to mellow out a bit when only my typed words are being considered.

That being said and keeping those words in mind... welcome to the shark tank! (just don't be another a-hole from Philly!)

These guys have been doing this for quite some time: http://germancarsforsaleblog.com

It's not like you invented the internet... so why all the fanfare?

PS. If you invented the internet, my apologies in advance
