My whole issue with this guy is how he has been presenting it over at Pelican, as in "Michael" says this
And
and keeps going back and forth like a bipolar kiddo with a choice between a red skittle or a green one. So which is it? Is this Uboatcommander (Michael) or is Greatwhite some other entity who has purchased the software from Michael? If you look at his personal ad you will notice it says "Michael@greatwhite928.com" as the contact info, and the in other posts he says that the people who own Greatwhite928 are paying him to update and take care of the software/listings etc.

Then this gem
So is this a business? Personal hobby? Time to be honest with everyone. He's either lied to the people at Pelican a couple of times or he's just trying to cover up his misposts. I like the idea and think it could be very useful to the community. What I don't like is the shadiness behind how this is being introduced to the community.
LOL - Just got an offer I cannot refuse for the software that makes the list. Will advise shortly
I sold the search software I made for this to GreatWhite928 (GreatWhite928) They will be showing all listings there in the next 48 hours.
It auto-updates the listings every 24 hours as well.

Listing Data will be updated every 6 hours.
160+/- 928s all in one spot - trying to categorize them, but 160 or so on one page may be all we will do for right now.
Anyone can advertise a 928 or 928 parts for free on the site. People who want a listing posted in the 6 "Featured" cars will pay $50.
Each listing has "comments" allowed.
I'd like to link Pelican Forums there, but I also don't want to go thru tons of legal-eze. Maybe someone her can make it happen.
I'd like the "Other" forum listed there as well, but they just don't seem like they are the kind of people who would want to be associated with such a site.

I like his site but there are some short comings that need to be addressed to make it more useful.
Couple of things I found:
1. The location of the ad or location of the car/parts should be on the listing.
2. There are many multiples of the same listing.
3. Some cars are no longer available but are still listed.

1. Location will be shown soon - also will make it searchable by location, year, price, etc.
2. Shouldn't be more than a handful of multiples, but we will review & remove
3. If a car is still listed for sale on Craigslist, eBay, other sites, or those that have posted directly have not advised us otherwise, they are shown "for sale" onm the site. Daily purge of removed ads is done.
Appreciate the suggestions - Thank you for having the right spirit with this.

PS - 928sRUS - you should not feel so threatened - it is only a site that has a ton of 928s listed for sale, for free, for use by everyone, including you.

Commercial / personal interests aside, I checked out the site, yesterday - VERY COOL idea. Actually located some interesting parts close to me I had no idea were for sale.
Please keep us updated as it get upgraded and revised. It's always great to have another resource when trying to scour for parts and cars.
