It's a 1994 so the rims should be Cup 2, without RDK.

Hi Rob,
Does this '84 928S show any Z-order production codes?
WP0ZZZ92ZES841643
It's got what appear to be factory-painted wheels (in Chiffon White.)
Fingers crossed it has a Z-Order production code showing. This will reveal the code.
Thanks for all of your help Rob.

Hi Rob. I just bought this 1993 German market GTS that has a full leather interior and sunroof delete. I'm curious as to why the full leather interior never comes up in the option codes. This is the third or fourth euro GTS that I've come across with full leather interior that never has it listed in the cars option codes.

Good question- I think it's mostly because there was not a single 'Leather interior' option, just a series of 'standard' M code options for raff leather seats (for example), and a bunch of individual Exclusive options for leather pod, leather rear seats, etc. There is in fact an option code M981, for leather dash and door panels, but it's used on only two ROW GTSs in '92 and '93, and not on this car.

I don't know if this car has any Z-options on it. Do you have a copy of the cargo floor sticker?

Yeah and this one doesn't have just leather dash and door panels but also has the leather center console, rear quarters, visors and headliner etc.

VN indicates a black full leather interior, all the elements that you listed.
VD would be a partial black leather interior, with the headliner, etc, in leatherette.

It's actually the other way around. VN is partial leather/leatherette and VD is full leather. As evidenced by this heavy vinyl 93 GTS on Bringstrailer with a partial leather/leatherette black interior....

And here's another black partial leather/leatherette 1993 928 GTS on BringaTrailer with VN

So VN is definitely black partial leather/leatherette and VD is full black leather interior. Thank you for the info.

Here are the relevant pages from the '92-93 interior code handbook:

VD (Ganzleder / Full Leather):

VN (Kuntsleder / Partial Leather)
