Unfortunately, GS862781 is one of those late 86.5 cars that doesn't show up in the PET VIN listing. By any chance do you have the warranty booklet in the glove box? It might have an options decal that would list the option codes.

Yep - there are a bunch of empty vin blocks in the PET data for '86.. and 781 is in one of them.

494 is the one I'll have to check on. You have 2 speakers on back shelf and I have amplifier. I think I only have one speaker on each side. Will verify.

These are all the 'holes' I see in the U.S. VIN listings for 1985 and 1986. 245 missing VINs, if in fact all were actually used on actual cars....

2nd column is the start of a range of missing VINs, 3rd is the end. 4th is the total number missing
